THE THOUSANDTH FLOOR By Katharine McGee

Addictive is the perfect word to describe this book. The Thousandth Floor gives an imaginative yet potential idea for what the future could turn out to be. Simply closing my eyes allowed me to envision the looming tower, along with its unique and gorgeous inhabitants, but each of their secrets are intelligently hidden underneath the surface. Turning each page allowed for the scratching of the surface, slowly but surely revealing different mysteries that intertwined unpredictably. With this book, even the most innocent-looking characters had something that they attempted to bury... The shocking and ruining scandals encouraged the evolution of the story, while gripping the reader at the same time! The genetically-engineered Avery crossed the boundaries for story writing, as the inventive idea set up a storm of jealousy, guilt and lies. It wasn't difficult to depict what the setting would look like, because everything was written to a precise and immaculate standard. This book definitely contains a reread worthy story, which I will be coming back to soon! I rate this book FOUR AND A HALF STARS.
